摘 要:研究了一种改善脉宽调制式(PWM)电流源变频器暂态电流响应特性的有效方法。在变频器PWM开关切换的阶跃变化时,低通滤波器产生的谐波电流能够被开关信号的一个脉冲控制有效抑制。该方法不需设置电流或电压反馈回路,且不会出现器件的开关应力。控制开关的时延可在设计电路常数时预先计算确定。给出了单相和三相变频器的实验结果,与采用其他方法的变频器相比,该方法的变频器电源电流的暂态响应得到了有效改善。An effective method for improvement transient response in pulse-width modulation (PWM) current source converter is studied. The resonance current, caused by the LC low pass filter at the step change of PWM switching pattern, can be effectively suppressed by one pulse control of the pattern. The proposed method does not need to have the feedback loop of the current or voltage, and does not offer the switching stress of the devices. The switching timing of the control is determined by pre-calculation in designing of the circuit constants. The experimental results for both single-phase and three-phase PWM converters are given. They are compared with those without the control. The results show that the transient response of supply current in the proposed converter is improved effectively.
