摘  要:贴片光子晶体是一种布拉格散射型光子晶体。本文对两种不同介质覆盖的平面贴片型微波光子晶体采用周期矩量法进行分析,绘出其能带结构图,并对这两种光子晶体加载不同介质时对表面波的传播特性进行了测试,对理论分析的结果加以验证。根据实际测量,对于同一种介质,覆盖层厚度对带隙影响不明显。而随着覆盖层介电常数的增加,带隙的高端将向低端偏移甚至带隙会完全消失。测量结果与理论仿真一致,为介质覆盖光子晶体的设计提供了参考。The patch photonic crystal is a kind of Bragg scattering photonic crystal. In this paper two kind of planar microwave photonoic band-gap (PBG) structures are analyzed by periodic moment method, their band-gap diagrams are described; meanwhile, the propagating property of surface wave of the two kinds of photonic band-gap structures with different dielectric is tested, the results of theoretical analysis are validated. The testing results suggest that with the same dielectric material, the impact for PBG is not obvious by the thickness of cover layer; and with the increasing of the dieleetric constant, the high end of band-gap will move to lower end or even the band-gap will disappear completely. These results are in good agreement with theoretical simulation, and these can take some references for the design of photonic band-gap structures with a dielectric cover layer.
