高效液相色谱法测定新疆石榴皮中没食子酸的含量

摘　　要：目的测定新疆石榴皮中没食子酸的含量。方法用高效液相色谱法,Techsphere ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm）色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸（5∶95）,检测波长为273 nm。结果没食子酸在9-90μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 7;平均加样回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.4%（n=5）。结论该方法精密可靠,可作为石榴皮药材质量控制的方法。Objective To determine the content of gallic acid in Xinjiang Punica granatum L. by HPLC. Methods Techsphere ODS （250 mm ×4.6 mm） was used . The mobile phase was methanol -0.05% H3PO4 （5：95 ）. The detection wavelength was at 273nm. Results The linear range of gallic acid was 9 -90 μg/ml, r =0.999 7. The average recovery was 100. 1% , RSD = 1.4% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion This method is precise and credible, it can apply to the quality control of Punica granatum L.
