摘　　要：[目的]总结原发性腹膜后肿瘤的外科诊治经验。[方法]回顾性分析1997-2005年大连医科大学第一临床学院外科收治54例腹膜后恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料。[结果]手术43例,共手术48例次。其中完整切除29例次,姑息切除14例次,剖腹探查加活检术5例次。联合脏器切除21例。无手术死亡,院内死亡8例。未手术11例。[结论]准确的术前评估,确切的影像学诊断,良好的手术技能是提高切除改善预后的关键。[ Objective] To analyze the experience of the diagnosis and therapy of the malignant primary retroperitoneal tumors. [ Methods] Analyze the clinical data of 54 cases malignant primary retroperitoneal tumor patients from 1997 to 2005. [ Result] Forty -three cases were performed surgical interventions in 48 operations ; radical resections were performed in 29 operations, palliative resections in 14 operations, open exploration and biopsy in 5 operations. 21 cases were performed combined organ resections. No death cases were reported directly related to the operations, 8 cases died in admission. 11 cases were not suitable to the surgical interventions. [ Conclusion] Correct evaluations of patient condition before the operations, accurate radiological diagnosis and radical resections improved the prognosis of the malignant primary retroperitoneal tumor patients.
