下颌第三磨牙在可摘局部义齿及全口义齿中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨在可摘局部义齿及全口义齿中应用下颌第三磨牙的作用。[方法]选取临床下颌第三磨牙20例应用于义齿修复,两年后观察疗效。[结果]应用下颌第三磨牙的可摘局部义齿及全口义齿固位、稳定、支持效果良好,患者咀嚼功能恢复佳。[结论]保留下颌第三磨牙,将会对义齿起到良好的固位、支持、稳定的作用。[ Objective]To study the effect of the third molar in mandible in removable partial denture and complete denture. [ Methods ] Twenty cases of the third molar in mandible were applied in removable partial denture and complete denture. Curative effect was observed after 2 years. [ Results ] The retention, stability and sustainability of denture with the third molar were good. Function of mastication were fine. [ Conclusion] The third molar in mandible has effect of retention, stability and sustainability in denture.
