摘　　要：高校实验室是培养创新人才、科学研究、技术开发的基地,是成果转化的基地,也是高层次科技决策咨询的重要场所。高校实验室应该面向国家创新体系,全面开展实验室的改革创新活动。建立一个观念新、体制新、机制新、功能强大、队伍精干、产学研为一体的创新型实验室,对于创新人才的培养具有十分重要的作用。The laboratories in universities and colleges are both the base of scientific research, technology development and production transformation, and the important places of highly decision making for excising students＇ capacity and cultivating talents. The laboratories should develop the reform actions roundly facing to national instructive system. An innovative lab with new conception, new system , new mechanism, and multi- functions, very capable team should be set up to integrate production and learning with research, which is very vital for cultivating creative talents.
