摘　　要：实验教学是创新人才培养的重要环节,社会对信息管理专业人才的需求具有多样性。根据信息管理专业人才培养的定位目标与要求,对实验教学进行了系列的改革与探索,培养符合目标要求的信息管理专业创新人才。该文介绍了信息管理专业实验课程体系改革措施与方法及创新人才培养模式。Experiments are an indispensable link of the course system designed to develop students＇ innovation or creativity, and there is a growing demand in society for innovative information management profession with manifold talents. In view of the objective and requirement of our university＇s information management major, a series of reform and trial studies have been conducted in order to cultivate qualified information management profession. This paper presents measures and approaches aiming at reforming the experiment course system and the innovation-oriented mode adopted for information management majors.
