摘　　要：结合ATO型供应链运作的特点,从MRP中的物料单(BOM)入手,考虑产品结构,建立了以供应链收益最大化为目标的供应链整体设计集成模型,该模型同时协调战略层和运作层的生产计划。通过该模型可将企业运作层的随机模型和战略层确定性模型决策过程相互结合在一起,利用该迭代算法求出在保证每层中每个供应链企业最优产量情况下,供应链整体最优的生产计划安排。Based on the operation characteristics of ATO supply chain this paper established a integrated decision model for supply chain design with the approach of BOM in MRP. The strategic and operational planning is coordinated simultaneously with this approach. Combined the strategic sub-model and operational sub-model the developed model can design the product planning of materials and components with the objective of profits maximization with the application of iteration algorithm.
