中医药在原发性肝癌介入治疗中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药羟基喜树碱、鸦胆子油、保肝健脾汤在原发性肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值。方法52例原发性肝癌患者,治疗组应用中药抗癌药羟基喜树碱、鸦胆子油联合少量化学药物对癌灶进行灌注化疗、栓塞,术后口服保肝健脾汤,以改善肝功能,治疗并发症,并与单纯应用化学药物介入治疗的对照组患者进行对比,观察分析两组在治疗后WBC、肝功能方面的不同变化以及治疗效果的差异。结果52例原发性肝癌患者介入治疗,应用中医药为主的治疗组术后WBC、肝功能、生存期等明显优于对照组。结论中医药在原发性肝癌介入治疗中疗效确切、副作用少,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of hydroxycamptothecin,brucea fruit oil and Baogan Jianpi decoction in the interventional therapeutic procedures of the primary liver cancer. Methods 52 cases of primary liver cancer,which had been douched and embolized to cure the cancer for the remedial group by the Chinese drugs anticarcinogen, hydroxycamptothecin associate with the brucea fruit oil and a few chemical,taken Baogan Jianpi decoction after operations to enhance the liver functions. Patients who were cured only by chemical were as a comparison. The WBC and liver functions after the ITP of the two groups were observed. Resulta After interventional therapeutic procedures with Chinese traditional medicine, the 52 cases of primary liver cancer in the remedial group had better in WBC,liver functians,quality of lives and life cycles than the sufferers in the control group. Conclusion The Chinese traditional medicine has a firmly curative effect and fewer side-effects in the interventional therapeutic procedures of the primary liver cancer. So it has a good value for clinical application.
