摘  要:介绍了利用图像处理与机器视觉技术实现交通车辆视频测速的方法,提出了系统的软件和硬件构架,给出了关键算法。通过视频图像的采集实现了运动车辆的速度检测,对背景估计、运动检测、目标分割、目标位置确定、目标跟踪等方法提出了相应的计算方法和计算公式。在检测方法上解决了帧差运动检测中的噪声污染问题;利用了神经元网络对目标实际位置进行计算,同时运用了相应的预测方法,解决了目标跟踪的稳定性问题。这种视频测速技术的成功研究,降低了车辆测速器的制作成本。How to realize speed measuring of vehicle by the technology of digital image processing and computer vision was intro- duced, software and hardware structures were presented, and the key methods was gave out. The speed of vehicles is measured by grasping vision image, and it introduced the caculating metheds and formula of the background estimating, the motion measuring, the target cutting apart,the target position ascertaining and the target tracks following . It soved the noise interference of the frame difference detection . And it calculated the position of a target by neuron, and it solved the stabilization of the target tracks following by forcasting ways . It can reduces the cost of the vehicle' s speed measurement by using the vison speed measuring technology.
