摘　　要：目的:研究紫贻贝多糖(MEPS)对流感病毒在鸡胚中增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用血凝滴度测定研究MEPS对鸡胚培养甲型流感病毒的抑制作用。结果:与病毒对照组比较,MEPS各剂量组的血凝滴度降低差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:MEPS能明显抑制鸡胚培养流感病毒的增殖,具有开发成抗流感病毒生物制剂的前景。Objective： To study the inhibition effects of Mytilus edulis polysaccharides （MEPS） on influenza virus reproduction in chicken embryo cultures. Methods： The chicken embryo culture was used to observe the inhibition of MEPS on type A influenza virus by hemagglutination test in terms of hemagglutination titer. Results： Compared with the virus control group, hemagglutination titer of the MEPS group decreased（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： MEPS can significantly inhibit the proliferation of influenza virus in chicken embryo cultures. MEPS has the potentiality to be developed as the anti-influenza virus biological agent.
