摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌患者术前、术后及化疗后外周血T细胞水平的变化。方法:采用直接免疫荧光标记方法利用流式细胞术(FCM)检测正常人及乳腺癌患者术前、术后及化疗后外周血T细胞亚群的变化。结果:患者术前与正常人相比CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+明显下降,有显著性差异(P<0.01),CD8+升高有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后较术前CD3+及CD4+/CD8+有显著性升高(P<0.05),CD4+略有升高无显著性,CD8+略有下降也无显著性差异;化疗前后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+均有所变化但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在乳癌患者不同时期外周血T细胞水平有一定的变化,可以了解乳腺癌患者的细胞免疫功能进而对判断病情、估计预后有一定的临床意义。Objective. To discuss the changes of T cell levels in peripheral blood of preoperative, postoperative and postchemotherapic breast cancer patients. Methods ：Flow cytometry （FCM） and direction immunofluorescence label test were used to measure the T cell subpopulation levels in peripheral blood of health adult and preoperative, postoperative and postchemotherapic breast cancer patients. Results：The levels of CD^＋3, CD^＋4 and CD^＋4/CD^＋8 of preoperative patients were lower than those of healthy adults （P 〈 0.01） ,but CD^＋8level was higher than that of health adults （P 〈 0.05）. the levels of CD^＋3and CD^＋4/ CD^＋8of postoperative patients were higher than those of preoperative patients （P〈 0.05） . A slight increase in CD^＋4 level and a slight decrease in CD^＋8 showed no deference between preoperative and postoperative patients. The levels of CD^＋3 ,CD^＋4 ,CD^＋8 and CD^＋4/CD^＋8 of postchemotherapic patients had some change but no difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ：The T cell level in the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients in different periods shows some changes, and based on these changes;we can know the cellular immune function of the patients, which has some clinical significance in judgement of the patient＇s condition and estimation of the prognosis.
