高校学术道德缺失的成因及对策

摘　　要：在文献的基础上阐述了学术道德缺失的现实表现,分析了学术道德缺失的原因,结合相关制度理论和学术道德的现实表现,提出了防止学术道德缺失的对策。防止高校学术道德缺失应从高校、学术界、监督体系、法律规制等四个层面建立和完善学术道德制度,在高校内要加强学术规范的培训和有关制度的宣传学习,充分发挥高校科研管理部门的积极作用。　Based on the literature data,this article described academic morals drain and its different forms and analyzed comprehensively the causes of academic morals drain.Combining the correlation system theory with the academic morals appearance,the author proposed the countermeasure of preventing the academic morals drain.In order to strengthen the academic morals,the academic morals system should be established and get perfectly from the following aspects：universities,the academic circles,the inspector system,the rules and regulations.Mso,it should be strengthened to train on the academic standard and the related system as well as to display the active role of the scientific research section in improving the academic morals of universities.
