摘　　要：认识技术与企业制度变迁的一般规律对于我们理解企业制度历史,清晰地把握未来的企业制度选择和制度安排具有主动性和先导性。突破新制度经济学交易成本视角的局限,通过分析技术进步带来生产成本和交易成本的节约,以及新产品的出现,构建基于技术的企业制度变迁模型,我们认为:技术进步是推动企业制度变迁的根本动力。It is very important to study the general nile of the evolution of technology and enterprise＇ s system, because it can help us to tmderstand the history and to grasp the future choice and change of our system Breaking through the limitation of the transaction cost visual angle of new system economics, analyzing the technological progress bringing thrift of production cost and transaction cost and appearance of new products, and constructing the enterprise system evolution model based on technology, we hold that the technological progress is the basic driving force of promoting enterprise＇ s system changes.
