摘 要:目的评价一种新型的化学机械除腐制剂(伢典)的安全性及临床有效性。方法将120例就诊患者随机分为两组,即试验组及对照组,其中试验组109例采用伢典除腐,对照组11例选择传统慢钻除腐。分别记录两组除腐所用时间,观察牙本质表面情况。结果伢典除腐所用时间为(10.2±6.0)min;牙钻除腐时间为(4.5±2.3)min。对照组除腐后龋损表面光滑,一些健康牙体组织被去除;试验组则表面不平坦,只有龋坏组织被去除。结论伢典是一种安全有效的化学机械除腐制剂。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of a new material(Carisolv) for chemomechanical removal of caries. Methods One hundred and twenty paients were divided into two groups (test group and control group)randomly, and 109 cases were treated with Carisolv(test group) while 11 cases with drilling(control group). The time of caries removal was written down, and the changes of dentins were observed. Results The time of caries removal with Carisolv and drilling method were (10.2±6.0)min and (4.5 ± 2.3)min, respectively. The dentin surfaces of control groups were smooth, some healthy dentins were removed. Those of test groups were rough, only decayed dentins were removed. Conclusion Carisolv is a kind of safety and efficacy chemomechanical removal of caries.
