摘　　要：研究了表面活性剂Tween80和β-环糊精对多环芳烃增溶作用及对白腐菌Phanerochaete chrysosporium降解多环芳烃的影响.通过比较质量溶解比率(WSR)值的大小,确定Tween80的增溶效果明显优于β-环糊精,Tween80对5种多环芳烃的增溶效应为菲>苝>苯并(a)蒽>芘>蒽,增溶效应与Tween80浓度呈线性正相关关系,而β-环糊精只对分子体积较小的菲和蒽有显著增溶作用.Tween80和β-环糊精都能显著提高多环芳烃的降解率,且Tween80的促进作用明显优于β-环糊精.多环芳烃的降解率与它的表现溶解度呈很好的相关关系,Tween80和β-环糊精都能作为多环芳烃污染土壤修复的优良添加剂.The effects of surfactant Tween80 and β-cyclodextrin on apparent solubility and biodegradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by white rot fungus fungi were investigated. Tween80 enhanced the apparent solubility of PAHs to a higher extent, while β-cyclodextrin only slightly improved the solubility of phenanthrene and anthracene, which only have three rings. The weight solubilization ratios （WSR） of PAHs tested was in the following order, phenanthrene〉perylene〉benz（a） anthracence〉pyrene〉anthracence, in the presence of Tween80. Tween80 and β-cyclodextrin could increase the degradation of PAHs effectively, and tween80 was more efficient. The degradation rate increased as the concentration of Tween80 and β-cyclodextrin increased. A good relationship between solubility and degradation rate of PAHs was observed in this study. Tween80 and β-cyclodextrin can be used as good additives for PAH bioremediation.
