摘　　要：目的:研究Laceback在排齐阶段对牙列的影响。方法:15例拔除2个上颌第一双尖牙患者,使用杭州奥杰医疗器材有限公司生产的全程式直丝弓矫治器,排齐前后牙列的比较研究。结果:尖牙远中整体移动,尖牙间宽度增加;切牙舌向倾斜移动;第一恒磨牙稍有稍近中移动。结论:排齐阶段使用Laceback可以有效远中移动尖牙,同时配合弓丝末端回弯可有效的防止切牙唇向移动,如果磨牙支抗要求高,则需要采取加强磨牙支抗的措施,以防止不利的牙齿运动。Objective：To investigate the use of laceback in the aligning stage.Methods：15 upper first premolar extraction cases were chosen.All patients were treated by straight-wire appliance.We compare the model and X-ray before and after aligning.Results：The incisors and canines were distally moved.The molars were little mesialy moved.The widths between the canines increased.Conclusion：The laceback can move canine distal effectively.Labial inclination of incisors can be effectively prevented with the use of laceback and bend back of arch wire.It is necessary to use anchorage control to prevent the unfavourable changes.
