牙冠延长术治疗龈染色的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察牙冠延长术联合金沉积烤瓷冠修复治疗前牙龈染色的临床效果。方法:对12例共46颗经镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复后出现龈染色的前牙采用牙冠延长术联合金沉积烤瓷冠修复,追踪观察1年。结果:46颗龈染色牙,治疗后未出现牙周组织病变及再次龈染色,美观恢复良好。结论:牙冠延长术联合金沉积烤瓷冠修复是治疗龈染色的有效方法。Objective：To observe the effect of crown lengthening surgery and auro-galvano-form porcelain restoration in the treatment of incisal gingival staining.Methods：12 patients,46 maxillary incisors with Ni-Cr alloy porcelain restoration and gingival stain were treated by crown lengthening surgery and restored with auro-galvano-form porcelain crown.All teeth and restorations were followed-up one year.Results：46 teeth did not have peridentoclasia or other complication such as gingival stain.The esthetic effects of restorations were satisfactory.Conclusion：The crown lengthening surgery and auro-galvano-form porcelain restoration is effective in the treatment of gingival stain.
