摘　　要：定义了双边伪欧氏环,并讨论了双边伪欧氏环上的矩阵的一些基本性质.建立了双边伪欧氏环上的矩阵标准形理论.证明了双边伪欧氏环上的n阶方阵环仍是双边伪欧氏环.The concept of two side pseudo-Euclidean rings was introduced and some basic properties of matrices on two side pseudo-Euclidean rings were given, The normal form of matrices on two side pseudo-Euclidean rings was given. It is proved that the matrix ring on a two side pseudo-Euclidean rings is also a two side pseudo-Euclidean rings.
