摘 要:研究了柠檬酸铁对2株盐生杜氏藻OUN04和盐生杜氏藻OUN09生长和色素积累的影响。试验结果表明,盐生杜氏藻OUN04生长最适的Fe浓度为0.05 mmol/L,密度达1.115×106cell/ml,对照组为8.29×105cell/ml,0.25 mmol/L Fe组密度最低(7.0×105cell/ml);最大β-胡萝卜素含量(83.2mg/g)出现在0.25 mmol/L Fe浓度组中,对照组(63.4 mg/g)最低;Fe浓度为0.25 mmol/L时有最大的chll_a含量(98.4 mg/g),对照组为80.2 mg/g;建立了杜氏藻对Fe吸收的动力学方程。盐生杜氏藻OUN09生长最适的Fe浓度为0.05 mmol/L(密度1.31×106cell/ml),对照组为1.185×106cell/ml,最大β-胡萝卜素含量为130.2 mg/g(0.05 mmol/L Fe组),对照组为70.4 mg/g,pH值变化和Fe的吸收情况与盐生杜氏藻OUN04相似。The effects of iron on the growth and biosynthesis of pigment in two strains of Dunaliella salina were investigated.The results indicated that for D.salina OUN04,the maximum cell density of 1.115×10^6 cell/ml was detected in 0.05 mmol/L iron group,followed by 0.01 mmol/L iron group.The control group had the maximum cell density of 8.29×10^5 cell/ml.The 0.25 mmol/L iron group had the minimum cell density of 7.0×10^5 cell/ml in all test groups,indicating that the growth of D.salina was inhibited by high iron content.The highest β-carotene content of 83.2 mg/g was observed in 0.25 mmol/L iron group and the control group had the minimum of 63.4 mg/g.In the first 1~3 days,the absorption rate of iron was slow,while it was fast in 4~7 days,then declined in the last 3~4 days.For D.salina OUN09,the maximum cell density of 1.31×10^6cell/ml was observed in 0.05 mmol/L iron group.The control group had the cell density of 1.185×10^6 cell/ml and the 0.25 mmol/L iron group had the minimum cell density of 1.023×10^6 cell/ml.The maximum β-carotene content of 130.2 mg/g was found in 0.05 mmol/L iron group and that of 70.4 mg/g in control group.The variety pattern of pH and the absorbed pattern of iron were similar to that of D.salina OUN04.
