摘 要:目的 探讨改良新鲜猪皮的处理方法 对猪皮肤细菌的影响。方法 采取不同的方法 处理新鲜猪皮,即传统处理方法 、增加刷洗及消毒环节的改良处理方法 (实验Ⅰ组)以及进一步采取有效浓度抗生素浸泡(实验Ⅱ组),各取标本32块行需氧菌和厌氧菌培养,而后做细菌学检测。结果 传统组与实验Ⅰ组均检出细菌,实验Ⅱ组有18个标本未检出细菌,所检出的需氧菌为表皮葡萄球菌、腐生葡萄球菌、肠球菌、链球菌,厌氧菌为痤疮丙酸杆菌。改良处理组猪皮所检细菌量较传统处理组明显减少,进一步抗生素浸泡组细菌量最少。结论 在猪皮的处理过程中增加刷洗及消毒环节可以显著减少猪皮的细菌携带量,进一步的有效浓度抗生素浸泡可以进一步降低猪皮细菌携带量。Objective To evaluate the outcomes of different treats to pig - skin. Methods The fresh pig - skin were treated in three different ways : traditional way group and reformed treated way experimental group 1 ( in which increasing scrub and antisepsis processes), reformed treated way experimental group 2 (first treated as experimental group 1, and then dipped in antibiotic solution with effective concentration. Take 32 samples from each treated way, do aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria cultivation, then carried out bacteriology examination, respectively. Results Bacteria were detected in the traditional group and experimental group 1, but no bacteria was detected in 18 samples of the experimental group 2. The detected bacteria included staphylococcus epidermidis, saprophytic staphylococci, enterococci and streptococcus, anaerobic bacteria including propionibacterium acnes. The number of bacteria detected was evidently reduced in the reformed treated group, and was the least in the group in experimental group 2. Conclusion Increasing scrub and antisepsis processes to the treated to the fresh pig skin can evidently reduced the number of bacteria, and if dipped the pig skin in antibiotic solution with effective concentration after these processes can reduce more.
