摘  要:通过浙江某港口底泥疏浚物的水相和固相分别对不同鱼类、甲壳类、贝类的毒性实验,进而评价疏浚物海洋倾倒对海洋生物影响程度。结果显示,疏浚物水相对黑鲷(Sparus macrocephaius),鲻鱼(Mugil cephalus L.)和长额刺糠虾(Acanthomysis longirostris Ii)有不同的致死率,黑鲷和鲻鱼的96 h死亡率与对照组差异不显著;糠虾的96 h死亡率与对照组有明显差异,其中耐污力由强到弱为鲻鱼>黑鲷>长额刺糠虾;疏浚物固相对泥蚶(Tegillarca granosa)和缢蛏(Si-nonovacula constricta)的10 d致死率与对照组差异也不显著,泥蚶的耐污力大于缢蛏。由此可知,浙江某港口底泥疏浚物海洋倾倒会对海洋生物产生一定的毒害效应,其中疏浚物对鱼虾类的影响较大,对贝类的影响较小,表明疏浚物的影响程度因种类的不同而存在较大的差异。The experiment for fish, shrimp and shells by water - phase and solid - phase from Zhejiang port, the impact of the dredged mattials on the halobios were estimated. The result showed that, there were different mortality rate on Sparus macrocephaius ,Mugil cephalus L. and Acanthomysis longirostris li, the 96 h mortality rate of Sparus macrocephaius and Mugil cephalus L. compare with the control group were indistinetive;but the Acanthornysis longirostris li were obvious, the adaptability for pollution from strong to weak was Mugil cephalus L. 〉 Sparus macrocephaius 〉 Acanthomysis longirostris li; the 10 d mortality rate of Tegillarca granosa and Sinonovacula constricta compare with the control group were indistinetive neither, the adaptability for pollution of Tegillarca granosa was strong than Sinonovacula constricta. Thereout, the dredged materials were deleterious for the halobios, it had a great influence on the fish and shrimp, and a little influence on the shells, the attects of dredged materials existed great differences in different species.
