眼挫伤致视网膜脱离临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨眼挫伤所致视网膜脱离的临床特点及手术时机的选择。方法对38例(38眼)眼挫伤致视网膜脱离的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组巨大裂孔(≥90°)2眼(5.26%),黄斑孔3眼(7.89%),锯齿缘离断性视网膜脱离23眼(60.53%),其他部位裂孔(≤90°)10眼(26.32%)。34眼(89.47%)手术后视网膜完全复位,4眼视网膜脱离未复位(10.53%)。锯齿缘离断性视网膜脱离18只正视眼和对侧正常眼行B超测定,患眼的眼球容积、眼球轴长、赤道直径增大。结论眼挫伤引起视网膜脱离中,锯齿缘离断性视网膜脱离发生率高。手术要掌握最佳时机。Objective To investigate the clinical character and the timely surgery on retinal detachment caused by blunt ocular contusion.Methods The clinical data of 38 patients（38eyes） with retinal abortive detachment due to blunt ocular contusion were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 2 eyes（5.26%） with huge retinal hole（≥90°）,3 eyes with macular hole（7.89%）,23 eyes（60.52%） with oral tear of ora serrata retina,and 10 eyes（26.31%） with retinal holes in other positions.The interval from ocular contusion to retinal detachment ranged from 36 hours to 21 months.Complete restoration was found in 34 eyes（89.47%） after surgery.18 emmetropia（Em） with oral tear of ora serrata retina detachment and normal eyes on the opposite side were detected by ultrasound,and there was an enlargement in the ocular volume,axial length and equatorial diameter.Eyesight was compared statistically. Conclusions The clinical findings has significance in early prediction and diagnosis.Timely visitation and surgery on the patients is of great significance because of the variation of the intervals from ocular contusion to retinal detachment.
