摘　　要：目的探讨改良式上睑提肌缩短术矫正上睑下垂的效果。方法对120例(128眼)先天性上睑下垂采用结膜面及皮肤面切口的联合手术方法进行上睑提肌缩短术。结果术后1年随访,128眼中有118眼效果较满意,9眼矫正不足,1眼过矫。手术治愈率为92.19%,有效率为99.22%。结论采用结膜面及皮肤面切口的内外路联合手术方法优越性较多,术后效果也较满意。Objective To discuss the effect of operation with levater palpebra resection on 128 cases with primary ptosis.Methods 128 eyes of 120 patients with ptosis were operated with combined surgery of conjunctiva and skin incisison.Results 118 eyes received satisfactory effectiveness,9 eyes were less remedied and one eye was over remedied through one year observation.The effective rate was 99.22%,cural rate was 92.19%. Conclusions The combined surgery of conjunctive and skin incision was considered to have many virtues and the effect of post-operation was satisfactory.
