两种术式联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉

摘　　要：目的探讨结膜瓣转移术或羊膜移植术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法采用双盲法将翼状胬肉患者分成A、B两组。两组患者翼状胬肉切除后,术中一次性应用丝裂霉素C(0.2 mg/mL),A组36例采用结膜瓣转移术,B组32例采用羊膜移植术。观察患者术后症状、角膜上皮愈合及复发率。结果随访6月,A组复发率为2.70%,B组复发率为6.13%(2χ=0.484,P>0.05)。结论结膜瓣转移术或羊膜移植术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉均能有效防止术后胬肉复发。Objective To investigate the effect of conjunctival flap transposition or amniotic membrance transplantation combinating with mitomycin C for pterygitun.Methods The patients with pterygium were divided into two groups（Ay B group） by double blind.All of cases were accepted operation, mitomycin C was applied one time during operation.Then group A were performed with conjunctival flap transposition and group B were performed with amniotic membrancx transplantation,Observed symptoms,healing of corneal epithelium and rate of recurrence after operation.Results Following up for six months, the recurrence rate was 2.7% in group A,and 6.13% in group B.There was no statistically significant between two groups（χ^2=0.484, P〉0.05）. Conclusions onjunctival flap transposition or amniotic membrance transplantation combinating with mitomycin C are all effective to prevent pterygium recurrence.
