摘　　要：本文介绍了高性能集群的发展和特点,以及目前流行的高性能集群的作业管理系统;分析了TORQUE作业管理系统组成及作业提交过程,并通过一个具体实现纳米材料分析的MPI并行程序在高性能集群上运行。This paper introduces the development of a high-performance cluster and its features, and presents a popular high-performance cluster job management system. The TORQUE job management system structure and the process of job submission are analysed through an example for MPI parallel programs for nano-material analysis to run on high-performance clusters.
