青蒿的解热作用实验研究

摘　　要：青蒿水煎剂灌胃给药,对正常大白鼠的体温无明显影响,对皮下注射10%干酵母混悬液10m l/kg引起发热大白鼠有明显的解热作用,并有明显的剂量关系.给药后1h体温开始下降.给药组大白鼠发热时程明显缩短.Using water decoction of artemisia hance to pour stomach has no significant impact on body temperature of the normal rats, has significandy antipyretic effect to the induced fever of the rat by subcutaneous injection of 10% dry yeast suspension 10 ml / kg, has a significant dose relationship. 1 hour after administration the temperature started to drop. Rat be used water decoction of artemisia hance shortens the antipyretic time significantly.
