摘 要:目的研究载银抗菌基托树脂中银离子的溶出情况及其缓释规律。方法模拟口腔环境条件下,将含银量为650μg的载银抗菌基托树脂在人工唾液中浸泡,在第1、7、14、30天时,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定溶出的微量银离子,并比较各时段银离子释放量的差异。结果浸泡1、7、14、30d时银离子释放量分别为130、265、273、280ng。浸泡第1天银离子释放最多,占第30天总量的50%,浸泡7d后银离子释放渐趋稳定。试件浸泡30d后银离子释放量占试件总含银量的0.04%。结论载银抗菌基托树脂中抗菌有效成分银离子极少释出,且呈现一定规律,对口腔微生态影响小,人体应用较安全。Objective To study the role of silver ion release from the anti-microbial denture base resin containing silver inorganic agent. Methods In the condition of simulating oral environment, each experimental anti-microbial denture base resin containing 650μg of silver ion had been soaked into the artificial saliva for 1 day,7 days, 14 days,and 30 days. Then the amounts of silver ion released were analyzed with graphite fumance atomic ahsorption spectroscopy and compared with statistical methods. Results The amounts of silver ion released were 130 ng for 1 day, 265 ng for 7 days, 273 ng for 14 days, and 280 ng for 30 days. Silver ion released was the most on the first day, and slowed down after 7 days. The amount of 1 day accounted for 50% of the 30 days' and the amount of 30 days only accounted for 0.04% of the total. Conclusion It showed certain role for silver ion released from the anti-microbial denture base resin existed. Because silver ion was released little and slowly, the anti-microbial denture base resin was safe for patients' oral ecosystem.
