摘　　要：目的探讨KV-X线CBCT在鼻咽癌调强放射治疗位置精度保证中的应用。方法采用瓦里安23EX影像引导直线加速器机载影像系统(OBI),在鼻咽癌患者调强治疗前分别行锥形束CT(CBCT)扫描,12例患者共扫描102次,系统自动与计划CT重建影像进行比较,获得在左右、腹背和头脚方向的位置误差数值,并校正之。结果本组治疗摆位精确度高,在左右、腹背和头脚方向的位置误差值分别为(0.25±1.22)mm(、0.16±0.95)mm和(0.08±0.78)mm。结论本组治疗准确可靠,KV-X线CBCT对于鼻咽癌调强放射治疗的高质量准确实施具有重要作用。Objective To study the role of KV-X CBCT on the geometricl accuracy of IMRT of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The CBCT scans were carried out before delivery of radiation with the On Bording Image System（OBI） of Varian 23EX accelerator, There were 12 patients with 102 scans. The CBCT images were matched and compared with the images of planning CT automaticly and the setup errors were displayed in lateral,ventral-dorsal and cranial-caudal directions respectively, The setup errors were corrected with remote control before the treatment. Results The setup errors were （0.25±1.22）mm,（0.16±0.95）mm and （0.08±0.78）mm in lateral,ventral-dorsal and cranial caudal directions respectively. Concolusion The IMRT delivery of this group is highly accurate. The CBCT plays key role in the guarantee of accurate delivery of IMRT for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
