摘　　要：概述了学分制的诞生过程和原因,分析了学分制的形成与发展过程及学分制的主要内容、特点及影响其顺利发展的原因,并提出对我国高校学分制改革的建议。The naissance cause of credit system and its developmental history is retrospected. Its contents, characteristics and problems influencing the development are analyzed. Furthermore, the suggestions of reformation about credit system in our country ate put forward.
