摘　　要：维护校园安全稳定是构建和谐校园的基础。高校保卫部门在构建和谐校园过程中具有义不容辞的责任,必须始终把维护校园的安全稳定作为首要任务来抓,充分发挥职能作用,积极为广大师生员工创造一个安全、稳定、温馨、和谐的校园环境、治安环境、法治环境与学习、工作和生活环境等内部环境,保证和促进高等教育事业健康快速发展。University security sections play a very important role in the construction of harmonious campus since stability and security are a prerequisite to a harmonious environment. The security body should give priority to keeping university campus safe and stable, create circumstances favourble to the whole staff and thus guarantee the rapid and healthy development of higher education.
