摘　　要：本文简单地介绍了在Windows 9x环境下虚拟设备驱动程序VxD(Virtual Device Driver)开发的基本原理和设计方法,并介绍了一些常用的开发工具如Visual C++6.0、VtoolsD95,最后以基于PC/104总线的四串口卡虚拟设备驱动程序为例,对Windows 9x下开发具体设备驱动程序作了讲述。　This paper simply introduces basic principles and design method of virtual device driver development, which based on windows 9x.Then it discusses the development tools such as visual c＋＋6.0, vtoolsD95 that can be used to develop a device drive. Finally it takes the driver of four-serial card that based on PC/104 as an example to explain how to develop a device driver.
