摘  要:针对典型的一阶生产过程,采用广义预测控制算法,完成了基于S7-200 PLC的单步广义预测控制器的设计,并以JWS-6/3-4型过程控制装置为对象,以液位为被控变量,实现了单步预测控制。实验表明系统控制精度高,取得了实际误差小于5 mm的控制效果,运行稳定,具有一定的实用性和推广性。The generalized predictive control algorithm is selected for the process. The single-step generalized predictive controller based on S7-200 typical one-order production PLC has been designed. This algorithm is carried out by experiments in a liquid level control system on JWS-6/3- 4 process control equipment. The experiment has shown that this system can be controlled high accurately. The error is lower than 5 ram. It has run stably. The technology and method adopted in the system is practical and worthy being spread.
