大肠一期吻合术与肠道准备的关系

摘　　要：目的:通过比较大肠手术前肠道准备的不同,探讨大肠手术前肠道准备与术后并发症之间的关系。方法:总结40例大肠一期切除吻合病例,其中12例行传统肠道准备,20例行全肠道灌洗,8例行部分传统肠道准备加结肠水疗。结果:全组无1例术后腹腔及切口感染,术后吻合口瘘1例。结论:大肠手术各种术前肠道准备与术后并发症无明显相关,术中严格操作,围手术期合理应用抗生素是关键。To study the relationship between post-operative complication in patients underwent colorectal anastomosis in one stage and pre-operative bowel preparation Methods Forty patients underwent colorectal resection and anastomosis in one stage were studied; Among them, pre-operative conventional bowel preparation was done in 12 causes, overall gastrointestinal lavage in 20 cases, and partial device treatment in 8 cases.
