通络袪痛膏治疗坐骨神经痛100例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通络袪痛膏治疗坐骨神经痛的有效性和安全性。方法将200例骨神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组外贴通络袪痛膏,对照组外贴麝香止痛膏,观察2组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为83%、72%,治愈率分别为50%、22%。2组均无不良反应。结论通络袪痛膏对治疗坐骨神经痛有较好疗效,且较安全。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of sciatica treated with Tong-luo-qu-tong plaster. Methods 200 cases were divided into two groups,100 cases of the treatment group pasted on Tong-luo-qu-tong plaster and 100 cases of the control group on She-xiang-zhi-tong plaster. The treatment results and reaction of poison were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83%; the control group was 72%,（P〈0.01）. No obvious poisonous side effect was showed in the two groups. Conclusion Good and safe results are showed in the treatment of sciatia with Tong-luo-qu-tong plaster.
