眼外伤系统工程初步研究

摘　　要：为开发计算机技术在眼外伤临床医疗和科研方面的应用，选择１９８１～１９９１年本院眼科住院病人１１９８５例中的眼外伤患者４２１０例作为研究对象，运用系统科学的方法和计算机应用技术，设计调查表格，浓缩病案，把有用的临床资料信息代码化输入计算机，建立数据库。编制相应的软件系统，按临床科研的需求进行信息资料处理与加工。结果：该系统储存数据符号约４０００００个，完成图表１００多个。初步研究中设计科研课题１０余项，撰写有关学术论文１０多篇。结果表明：系统的建立如同架设临床科研计算机之间的多功能桥梁，并可拓展到临床多学科、多病种，为医学专家和计算机人员开辟新的合作领域。To probe into a systematical research in ocular trauma and to exploit a sort of new application of computer technique in clinical treatments and researches, 4 210 cases of eye injuries selected from 11 985 inpatients with ophthalmopathies in our hospital from 1981 to 1991 were studied by using system science and applied computer technique,designing investigation tables,condensing each of the clinical cases, putting valuable data and information by coding into computer,and making up a data base, compiling a corresponding software system to sort and analyse the information data on the needs of clinical and scientific researches.There are approximately 400 000 data and codes stored in the system.It turns out to be practical,flexible and multi functional.More than a hundred data tables and information figures have been fulfilled,so have more than ten academic articles.More and more research subjects can be set up for doctors.The preliminary results of the study create a good beginning for further researches,exploitation and application.The system is regarded as a multi functional bridge among clinic and research and computer.It has great potentialities of development and vast vistas,which can also be applied to the researches of many clinical projects and all diseases for those who want to study them systematically in these fields,even to create new cooperative areas.
