摘　　要：高新技术产业园区是集生产、办公、技术研发、服务和企业孵化为一体的园区,自主创新型中小企业集聚是其与传统工业园区最大的差异。本文从资源、能源节约、垃圾分类回收、绿色孵化体系、管理保障等几个方面,提出了在高新技术产业园区开展生态产业园建设的规划方案。High-Tech Industrial park Development Zone is different from traditional industrial park. Some indigenous innovation miner enterprises gathered in there and it comprised of manufacture, official business, technology research and development and enterprise hatchets. Traditional coo-planning cannot reflect features ofhigh-tech industrial development zone. Eco-planning scheme of Eco-Industrial Parks was given from resource ＆ energy economy, garbage classed callback, innovation hatch service and management guarantee.
