两种冲洗液用于术前结膜囊冲洗的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨两种冲洗液用于术前结膜囊冲洗的临床效果。方法选择行内眼手术100例患者(100眼),随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用生理盐水200ml加庆大霉素9.6万U行结膜囊冲洗,观察组采用生理盐水200ml行结膜囊冲洗,冲洗90min后用棉拭子采集结膜囊标本并在30min内送检进行细菌培养。结果两组结膜囊冲洗后细菌阳性率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论应用生理盐水作为术前结膜囊冲洗液,既能达到抑菌、抗感染的目的,又能减少抗生素耐药性的形成。Objective To evaluate the effect of two irrigation solutions for.the preoperative irrigation of conjunctiva sac. Methods A total of 100 patients （100 eyes invovled） were divided into a control group and an experimental group at random, with 50 subjects in each group. In the control group normal saline （200 mD plus gentamycln （96 000 U） was used for the irrigation. In the experimental group, 200 ml of normal saline was used for the sac irrigation. Samples were collected by swabbing 90 minutes after the irrigation and they were subjected to bacterial culture within 30 min after the sample collection. Resulis There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of bacteria between the control group and the experimental group （P^0.05）. Conclusion Use of normal saline for the irrigation of conjunc- tiva sac can inhibit bacteria, control infection and reduce the possibility of antibiotic resistance.
