摘　　要：国外著名期刊的办刊理念、编辑模式及经营模式有很多一致特点,可以归纳如下(1)出版规模集团化;(2)期刊出版专业化;(3)视质量为期刊的生命;(4)信息传播快捷;(5)以人为本的办刊理念;(6)办刊方式国际化;(7)商业化运作。研究国外著名学术期刊的运作模式,有助于我国学术期刊在改革中引以为鉴。　The idea of running journal, the editing mode and operational mode in foreign countries have unanimous features as follows： （i） group scale in publication; （ii） professional in journal publication; （iii） regard quality as the life of journals; （iv） quick in the spread of information; （v） people-oriented conception of running journals; （vi） internationalized in running the journals; （vii） commercial operation. A study of the operational mode in foreign countries will throw some inspirations on the reform of academic journals in China.
