摘　　要：公立大学在美国高等教育体系中占据主体地位。公立大学学生家庭承担的高等教育费用分为固定费用和非固定费用两种。研究美国公立大学学生家庭承担的高等教育费用的结构和特点,可以为我国制定科学合理的高等教育收费政策提供有益的参考。The public university is the principal part of system of higher education in the USA. The charges paid by the families of students in the USA public universities consist of fixed charges and unfixed charges. Study on the structures and characters of charges paid families of public universities students in the USA can give useful suggestions to the making of scientific and reasonable policy of charges--collecting in the universities of China.
