摘　　要：体外实验研究钙通道阻滞剂维拉帕米对多药耐药性肺癌细胞株SPC—A1／ADM耐药性的逆转作用。结果显示，无细胞毒作用剂量的维拉帕米可逆转SPC－A1／ADM细胞对长春新碱、阿霉素的耐药性，而对顺铂的耐药性无明显影响，该逆转作用有药物浓度依赖性。表明维拉帕米可望作为一种化学增敏剂应用于肺癌的治疗。The effect of verapamiltun reversal of multi-drug resistance in lung cancer cell line SPC-A1/ADM was studied in vitro. the results showed: the resistance of SPC-A,/ADM cell line to vincristine and adriamycin was reversed by verapamilum at no cytotoxic activity concentration. But it could not reverse the resistance to cisplatin. bnThe reversal effect of verapamiltun was dose-dependent. our results suggest that verapamilum might be used in clinical trial to reverse the multi-drug resistance in lung cancer.
