摘  要:本文以氨基酸在液膜体系里的传输机理为基础,把液膜提取过程中的萃取和反萃两个连续过程结合起来加以研究,推导出了在整个液膜体系处于平衡状态时的液膜萃取平衡等式.并以D2EHPA为载体提取L—苯丙氨酸为例.研究了影响液膜萃取平衡的控制因素,实现了氨基酸的提取浓缩。In this paper,On the basis of transport machanism of amino acid in emulsion liquid membrane system,the extraction and contra-extraction were studied during liquid membrane process for extraction and concentration. The liquid membrane extraction equilibrium formula was derived when the whole system was in the equilibrium state. The dominating effects of L-phe extraction equilibrium was studied by di-2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid(DZEHPA)as a carrier. Amino acid was extracted and concentrated successfully.
