摘  要:目的:研究可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、可溶性白细胞介素-6受体(sIL-6R)在食管癌患者血清中的水平变化,以及sIL-2R与sIL-6R水平在肿瘤临床分期之间的相关关系,并探讨食管癌患者手术前后细胞因子水平的变化.方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测了80例食管癌早期(Ⅰ~Ⅱ)患者、58例食管癌晚期(Ⅲ~Ⅳ)患者和120例对照者血清sIL-2R、sIL-6R水平,同时对138例食管癌患者手术前后的两项细胞因子指标进行动态观察.结果:食管癌早期患者组和食管癌晚期患者组血清sIL-2R、sIL-6R水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),晚期患者较早期升高(P<0.05);食管癌转移组手术后血清sIL-2R、sIL-6R水平比手术前高(P<0.01),无转移组手术后两者水平较手术前明显降低(P<0.01),食管癌患者血清sIL-2R、sIL-6R水平与肿瘤的恶性化程度有明显相关性.结论:sIL-2R在食管癌发病过程中可能起着促进作用,并可以与sIL-6R起协同作用;两者的免疫失调状态可能与食管癌密切相关;sIL-2R、sIL-6 R水平可作为食管癌病情监测的指标,同时对疾病的临床分期、疗效和预后的判断也有一定的帮助.Objectives To study the change of serum soluble interleukin-2 (sIL-2R), soluble interleukin-6 reeeptor(sIL-6R)in patients with esophageal cancer, and the relationship between the levels of sIL-2R and sIL-6R and the development progress of cancer . Methods: The serum levels of sIL-2 and sIL-6R were detected in 80 eases of early esophageal cancer, 58 late esophageal cancer and 120 healthy subjects by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the two cellgene levels in 138 eases esophageal cancer were dynamically obseved before and after surgery. Results: Compared with the control, sIL-2R and sIL-6R level in patients with early esophageal cancer or late esophageal cancer was much higher (P〈0. 01), the early esophageal cancer group was much lower than late esophageal cancer group (P〈0. 01 ). The level after surgery was higher than before surgery in the transfer group (P〈0. 01 ), the level of no-transfer group after surgery was much lower than before surgery(P〈0. 01). There was correlation between the levels of sIL-2R and sIL-6R and the worsen-extent of the turnout in patients with early esophageal cancer or late esophageal cancer. Conclusion: sIL-2R might accelerate the pathogenesis of esophageal cancer, and the sIL-6R might conspire. The immune maladjustment of sIL-2R and sIL-6R might be correlative to esophageal cancer, and the sIL-2R and sIL-6R levels might be an available index for the severity of esophageal cancer
