摘　　要：目的:探讨端粒酶在膀胱癌中活性表达及其与膀胱肿瘤临床生物学行为的关系。方法:利用TRAP银染法对32例膀胱癌组织和10例正常膀胱粘膜端粒酶活性进行检测,并结合临床资料分析。结果:32例膀胱肿瘤中有26例表达阳性(81.25%),而10例正常膀胱组织均无端粒酶表达。差异有显著性(χ2=18.018,P<0.05)。G 1级肿瘤阳性结果为7/11,G 2级为12/13,G 3级为7/8;T a^T 1期阳性者为15/20,T 2~T 4期为11/12,统计学分析证实与分期分级不相关。结论端粒酶活性表达与膀胱肿瘤的发生有关,是一个重要的肿瘤标记物。Objectives：To investigate the expression of telomerase in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and the relationship between telomerase activity and clinicobiologlcal behavior of bladder cancer. Methods ：TRAP--silver staining assay was utilized to detect telomerase activity in the tissue of 32 cases of bladder cancer and 10 cases of normal bladder epithelia. Results.. Expression of telomerase activity was detected in 26 out of 32 cases of bladder cancer but none of ten normal bladder tissues, significant difference was observed （X^2= 18. 018 P〈0. 05）;telomerase activity was positive in 7 of 11 cases in G1, 12 of 13 cases in G2 ,7 of 8 cases in G3, and 15 of 20 cases in Ta～T1, 11 of 12 cases in T2～T4. Expression of telomerase activity was not related to stage and grade of tumor by statistics. Conclusions ：Expression of telomerase activity was related to occurrence of bladder caner, and is a significant tumor marker.
