夹竹桃叶水提取物抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：以大肠埃希氏菌、普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、八叠球菌为供试菌种,采用二倍稀释法,对夹竹桃叶水提取液的抑菌作用进行了研究.实验结果表明,夹竹桃叶水提取液对6种供试菌种都有着不同程度的抑制作用,其中对普通变形杆菌的抑制作用最弱.对大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、八叠球菌的MIC均为0.5g/mL.The bacteriostatic activities of leaf extraction from Nerium indicum with water to Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococeus faeealis, Sarcina lutea were hold. The results showed that leaf crude extraction from Nerium indicum can inhibit the growth of all of the testing bacterium. And the MIC of all the bacterium except Proteus vulgaris is 0.5g/mL.
