摘　　要：针对零件图像最佳分割数估计问题,在Tibshirani等提出的Gap统计方法基础上,给出了Gap统计量需要考虑的4个因素,并据此建立了标准化水平Gap统计量模型,通过对零件最佳分割数的估计验证了该方法的有效性,比较了Gap统计模型和标准类方积Gap模型,分析了标准类方积Gap模型的特性。Based on the gap statistical method foundation by Tibshirani R. etc, it presents 4 factors for the gap statistic in order to estimate the components images segmentation number, establishes the normalized horizon- tal gap statistic. Estimating the components images segmentation number, it verifies the method, compares with the gap statistical model and the normalized horizontal gap statistic model, analyzes the characteristics of the model.
