摘 要:在燃料电池浓差极化计算过程中,根据基准空气过量系数与实际空气过量系数修正阴极扩散层孔隙率。修正孔隙率后的浓差极化与没有修正孔隙率的结果最大差值为0.06V,对燃料电池模型计算结果影响较大。利用空气过量系数修正膜的电导率,讨论水管理对欧姆极化的影响,计算结果表明水管理对欧姆极化影响相对较小。综合开路电压和各种极化的计算建立燃料电池半经验模型,并采用该模型计算不同电流密度下,活化极化、欧姆极化以及浓差极化占总极化的比例,结果表明随电流密度的增大,欧姆极化和浓差极化所占比例不断加大。利用燃料电池试验台架进行燃料池的极化曲线试验,试验结果与计算结果十分吻合。In the proceeding of the calculation on the diffusion overvoltage, the membrane water porosity is revised based on the fiducially air stoichiometric ratio and actual air stoichiometric ratio. The diffusion overvoltage is 0.06 V more than the result unrevised; It distinctly affects the model result. Membrane ionic conductivity is revised by using air stoichiometric ratio, the effect of water management on ohmic overvoltage is feeble correspondingly. A semi-empirical model of fuel cell is established based on the calculation of the thermodynamic potential and diversified overvoltages. Based on the model, the scale of active overvoltage, ohmic overvoltage and diffusion overvoltage are calculated under different current density; The simulation results show that ohmic overvoltage and diffusion overvoltage increase following the current density Polarization experiment is carried on utilizing a fuel cell testbed and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment results.
