摘  要:以对甲苯磺酸作催化剂合成乙酸乙酯。探讨了影响酯化反应的各种因素,得出最佳的反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比为1︰2.5,反应时间为60 min;催化剂用量为0.013 mol。此法产品收率可达91.50%,且反应活性和选择性都很高,是一条合成乙酸乙酯的绿色途径。Ethyl acetate was synthesized by p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst. The effects of various factors on the esterification reaction were studied. The best reaction conditions were as follow: Ratio of acid to alcohol was 1 : 2.5, the refluxing time was 60 min, the amount of catalyst was 0.013 mol. The conversion could reach 91.50% or above under the proper condition. High activity and selectivity were attained. It was a simple new green route to the synthesis of ethyl acetate.
