摘  要:目的探讨负荷了CEA-rV的树突状细胞与CIK细胞共培养后在裸鼠体内特异性的抑瘤作用。方法在Balb/c裸鼠颈背皮下接种Lovo结肠癌细胞,次日起连续6d给予不同的效应细胞(CIK、DC+CIK、CEA-rV+DC+CIK)治疗,观察其对结肠癌生长的抑制作用。结果裸鼠体内实验表明,CEA-rV+DC+CIK能够显著抑制CEA阳性的Lovo结肠癌细胞的生长,其抑瘤率可达51.2%,明高于CIK组的25.1%以及DC+CIK组的28.5%。结论负荷CEA-rV的DC与CIK细胞共培养后在裸鼠体内对CEA阳性的Lovo结肠癌有特异性抑瘤作用。Objective To study the in vivo CEA - specific anti - tumor immune response induced by ClK cells cocultured with dendritic cells loaded with CEA- recombinant vaccinia virus. Methods Balb/c nude mice were subcutaneously transplanted with Lovo colonic carcinoma cells at the exponential growth period and then treated with different effector cells (CIK, DO + CIK, and CEA - rV + DO + CIK) for consecutive 6 days from the 2nd day after Lovo transplantation Results The inhibitive ratio was significantly higher in CEA- rV+ DC+ CIK group (51.2%) than in CIK group (25.1% ) or DC+ CIK group (28.5 % ). Conclusions The CIK ceils cocultured with dendritic ceils loaded with CEA recombinant virus show a special killinq activity to CEA positive Lovo colonic carcinoma cells in nude mice in vivo,
