脑血康胶囊提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究脑血康胶囊的制备工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,水提部分以川芎中所含阿魏酸为定量指标;醇提部分以白芍中所含芍药苷为定量指标,采用薄层扫描法对浸出物进行含量测定,优选提取工艺。结果:确定了脑血康胶囊的提取工艺。影响提取的主次因素为:水提部分,C>B>A(A为加水倍数,B为提取时间,C为提取次数)。其最佳提取条件为:加10倍量水,煎煮2h,共煎3次;醇提部分D>C>B>A(A为加醇量,B为乙醇浓度,C为提取时间,D为提取次数),其最佳提取条件为:加8倍量60%乙醇,提取1.5h,共提3次。结论:脑血康胶囊的提取工艺稳定,可操作性强,适用于工业化生产。　Objective：to optimize the extraction process of Nao Xue Kang Capsule.Method：the optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design and in beberne the content index.Result：the factors of influencing water part efficiency were as follows：B〉A〉C（A：The amount of water added,B：Duration of decoction,C：Times of decoction）.The optimum extraction condition obtained was：decocting the drug for 3 times,3 h at every turn,after adding 10 fold of water.The factors of influencing alcohol part efficiency were as follows：C〉B〉A〉D（A：The amount of alcohol added B：The concentration of alcohol C：Duration of decoction D：Times of decoction） The optimum extraction condition obtained was：decocting the drug for 3 times,1.5 h at every turn,after adding 8 fold of 60% alcohol.Conclusion：the optimized process is stable and high efficient.
